Delivery Timeframe

All products are made to order, therefore in times of high turnover there may be a slight delay in production. Most products are dispatched within 3 working days.

Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 business days of dispatch (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm.

Orders are sent by Initial City-Link, you must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by City Link with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. City Link will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you willl be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to us. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost minus the full cost of delivery to you and return delivery charges back to us. How to Track your parcel

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we dispatch the goods you will receive another email with your City Link Tracking number. You can then click HERE and enter your tracking number in the City Link Job No box. You will then be able to view the status of your delivery after 7.30pm.

Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel if you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.

To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on a piece of paper with your order details (a printout of an email will suffice). Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at returns@artworksdirect.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
