terms and conditions

1. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them is expressed by you placing an order.
2. Artworks Direct will return your original material (except where that material is obscene and has been rejected) along with your completed order and whilst every step will be taken to safeguard it, you send it to us at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to it during transit or by another reason beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any intrinsic value beyond the basic value of the material upon which your original is produced.
3. You agree to allow Artworks Direct to archive your digital images for the purpose of reordering. These images will only be used when you give your express permission.
4. You must have the right or permission to reproduce any image you send to Artworks Direct.
5. Artworks Direct has the right to decline an order if it is believed to breach copyright, is offensive or obscene.
6. You will pay Artworks Direct for any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to Artworks Direct.
7. Orders will normally be fulfilled within 14 days of receipt of the initial order/originals. When payment is by cheque, the order cycle is deemed to have started upon funds clearing to our account.
8. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering.
9. Terms and conditions may be altered without notice and will be posted on this website.
